Introduction
In applying to join the Lordman Alliance, members (business associates and panel suppliers) undertake to abide by the code of conduct of the Alliance. The Code is binding on all members.
The cases of members reported to have breached the Code shall be investigated. Where a case is proven, a member may, depending on the circumstances and gravity of the charge, be admonished, reprimanded, suspended from membership or removed from the list of members.

We, the members of the Lordman Alliance are committed to building long lasting relationships of TRUST with our customers and business associates. Relationships of trust are build upon consistent conduct characterized by truth, reliability, understanding, sincerity, and transparency.

- We shall only make fair and accurate claims to our customers, and be truthful about our products or services.

- We shall honour all our commitments, including quality, timely deliveries, and any warrantees offered.

- We shall strive to understand the needs of our clients and customers so that we offer products or services that serve their needs and bring about a real benefit.

- We shall maintain a high standard of integrity in all our business dealings, avoiding all devices and schemes which prey on human ignorance or gullibility.

- We shall strive to be clear, unambiguous and explicit in our business dealings so as to minimize any potential for misunderstanding or dispute with our clients and customers.
Accountability
Trust is like an antique porcelain vase – very valuable, but also very fragile. We need to protect it from being broken. Therefore, all members of Lordman Alliance are expected to hold each other accountable to our code of conduct and also to report incidences of serious breach of the Code to Lordman Alliance.
Members shall seek to resolve, in a fair and expeditious manner, any disputes which may arise using a self-regulatory approach. Members shall submit to mediation by Lordman Alliance if the dispute cannot be resolved in private with our clients or customers. |
